Can I order by phone?
You are more than welcome to call us at 1-800-211-4987 and place your order.

What is your return policy?
All special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. For in-stock items returned within five business days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

How will my order be delivered?
Chervin provides White Glove Delivery service using Chervin trucks and professionals. We will unpack and set up/assemble your furnishings to your expectations.

Can I pick up my merchandise?
Yes, arrangements can be made for you to pick up your items. Please specify if you do not want it assembled.

Does your furniture come assembled?
Anything delivered by Chervin’s delivery team is assembled and set up. If you choose to pick your item up, you can request that we leave it unassembled.

What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay by Debit, MasterCard, Visa, or Cheque.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, our gift certificates are only available and redeemable in our store.

Do you offer layaway?
Yes, we can hold your item on layaway for up to six months.

Can I buy an extended warranty?
Yes, we offer extended warranties on many items through Commerco. Please ask one of our sales representatives to review the pricing with you.
