Our White Glove Delivery starts with Chervin’s own transportation service, in Chervin delivery trucks, from our “home” to yours. The Chervin delivery team is made up of friendly, experienced professionals. Our team will deliver, and set-up your new furnishings exactly where you desire, even on different floors. We’re always ready to guide you through the operation of your items.

 

Free Furniture Delivery within our Trading Area

Chervin Furniture and Design, offers free delivery within 40 km of our Elmira furniture showroom (see map below). If you are not in our “trading” area, reach out, and we will provide a delivery quote.

Where do you ship to?

Chervin Furniture & Design currently only ships furniture and decor in Canada. Some acceptations may apply depending on the size of the product.

Furniture and Decor Lead Times

Delivery timelines for your items differ based on the manufacturer and the personalization choices you select. Typically, made-to-order furniture pieces will be crafted and arrive at your doorstep within a span of 6 to 8 weeks from the date of your purchase, although this may fluctuate with seasonal demands. For items such as art pieces, rugs, and home accents, you can expect them to be ready for delivery in a shorter period, usually between 2 to 3 weeks after placing your order. Upon finalizing your purchase, we will provide a more precise estimate tailored to the specific products you’ve chosen.

Do you offer local Elmira or Waterloo pick-up?

Yes, arrangements can be made with our team for you to pick up your items. Please specify if you do not want it assembled.
