What is your return policy?
Accessories can be returned within 15 days of purchase. All other products, such as beds, sofas, loveseats and chairs are non-returnable.
Does your furniture come assembled?
Anything delivered by Chervin’s delivery team is assembled and set up. If you choose to pick your item up, you can request that we leave it unassembled.
Can I buy an extended warranty?
Yes, we offer extended warranties on many items through Commerco. Please ask one of our sales representatives to review the pricing with you.
